Flood Recovery Updates

As we enter mid-November, two months after the start of the floods, we wanted to share a brief summary of the kinds of work the county is doing to respond to the many impacts of the flooding. See full article.

Residents encouraged to use

Flood Rebuilding & Permit Center

The center is staffed by functional experts in onsite wastewater (septic) systems, floodplain regulations, transportation (e.g., driveways, roads & bridges), planning and building codes. See full article.

Check flood website for updates

For up-to-date information about all things flood-related, residents should visit www.BoulderCountyFlood.org. Details about cleanup, road status, housing help, debris removal, permitting options and more can be found at the site. Most new programs or projects which are flood related will be introduced in a news release which can be found on the News page.

Online form now available to report flood debris

Unincorporated Boulder County residents are asked to report roadside flood debris piles ready for collection, as well as debris piles that they are unable to move to a roadway due to size, magnitude or location, by completing the Flood Debris Reporting Form online. See full article
